Returns

We offer returns on all items within 14 days of purchase. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all returns shipping costs. For furniture returns we will arrange collection using our trusted courier service.

Refunds are only accepted in circumstances where the product does not match the listing description or has unspecified damage upon arrival. Please ensure you check the measurements of items carefully before purchase.

Our courier service are happy to move furniture into your desired room, please also be sure furniture will go up your stairs if required to be located there.

Condition

All items that we source are either antique or vintage, therefore please expect signs of natural wear and tear. We treat all furniture for woodworm and always ensure we are as transparent as possible with our listing descriptions.

Furniture

All furniture shown in the archive has been hand painted by us. If you have missed something that's sold we can source you pieces and paint them to your design.
